What role do nurses have?

Nurses are to keep accurate records of all the observations they make about their patients. They are to provide patients with medication as prescribed by a doctor, keep track of the patients vital signs ( recording temperature, blood pressure, respirations, pulse and pain level), and ensure that the patient is keeping up with a proper diet plan in order for them to stay healthy and meet requirements for the medication they are taking.
