2) Which will in turn give satisfaction and relief to the family caregiver(s).

3) Which will result in the long-term employment for our dedicated and caring staff as we strive to meet the Total Health Care needs of out clients.

Compassionate Nursing Care has registered staff that is available and ready for work 24 hours a day. We have over 150 registered staff and over 200 personal support workers. Our staff are located all over the GTA and are fluent in many different languages. Whatever your specific orientation needs are, Compassionate Nursing Care will do our best to accommodate them. If you elect to hold group orientation sessions at your facility, we are available to assist you in the development of an individualized program to ensure the smooth integration of our staff.

If you prefer, we can schedule an 8-hour “orientation shadow shift” at your convenience. However on some occasions, it may be more suitable and practical to request out staff to arrive an hour or two early before the beginning of their shift for a “mini” orientation.
